Below you can find information regarding a new Workplace Wellbeing App/Website that Optima have provided us with as part of our Occupational Health Service.
The App is really easy to download and has a wealth of information for both Employees and Managers on how we can support our colleagues wellbeing.
If you prefer not to download the App then there is also the website option available. Please take some time to look at the detail as there are some really useful guidance documents to support us.
A chat function which is now available where you can get support on any general enquiries, whether you need support making an Occupational Health referral or need an update on any existing referrals the chat is a quick and easy tool to use.
