We hope that the vast majority of concerns and complaints about school can be dealt with immediately and satisfactorily through informal discussions with the member of staff concerned or a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Indeed, our ethos and effective communication systems encourage this.

If you ever have concerns about school, it is important that you raise them as soon as possible with the relevant members of staff in order to try to resolve any issues promptly.
